Meet Erika | Staff Spotlight

As Director of Operations for Youth Emergency Services (YES), Erika connects all aspects of our organization in one role. From communicating youth needs to our Development Team for donation asks, to helping our Programs staff track our client demographics, to building mentorships with the young people we serve, she does it all. In this comprehensive role, Erika oversees YES’ day-to-day operations while also helping our staff and youth stay aligned with the organization’s larger goals. What’s more is her job with YES spans as much as her passion for our work.
