Making Friends—and Threads—with Tip Top Partnership
Among the most-requested items from the homeless population are socks and t-shirts. You can find all those and more at Tip Top Thrift Shop—our volunteer-run thrift store located in the Benson neighborhood.
In partnership with Youth Emergency Services (YES), Tip Top helps us provide essential resources to young people facing homelessness. How? All profits from the sales of donated clothing and household items go toward supporting our mission of ending youth homelessness in our community! For 50 years, Youth Emergency Services has connected young people with the resources they need to survive—and thrive—in independence. Through weaving connections with organizations like Tip Top, YES can continue to meet the needs of our young people in crisis . Thank you to our friends at Tip Top, for your impact on the Omaha community and beyond!
Supporters like you can make a real impact when you visit Tip Top (5910 Maple Street in the Benson Neighborhood) and donate your new or gently used socks, t-shirts. Or maybe even find some new staples to add to your wardrobe! Open Thursday-Saturday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.
